Meet Andrea, Casey, and Ethan—the founding partners of ACE Appraisal Group and the leaders driving our success.

Andrea Johnson, Partner

Andrea is a Certified General Appraiser with expertise in complex property appraisals, including auto dealerships, industrial facilities, c-stores, car washes, self-storage, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) valuation. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which enhances her ability to deliver strategic insights. Andrea is an active member of the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Oklahoma City Young Professionals, and a strategic member of the Oklahoma Bankers Association. Andrea is on track to obtain the prestigious MAI designation and is also an Associate Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. Her professional journey began as a commercial lender for a national life insurance agency, before transitioning into commercial real estate appraisal with a prominent national firm, where she earned recognition as a top producer. Andrea’s experience, mentorship from respected industry professionals, and dedication to excellence enable her to deliver high-quality appraisals across diverse property types.

Casey Mars, Partner

Casey Mars is a Certified General Appraiser with specialized expertise in residential subdivisions, hotel properties, agricultural land, and litigation support. He also brings extensive experience in appraising office, retail, and industrial properties, delivering precise and reliable valuation services across diverse property types. Casey began his commercial real estate career at a national appraisal firm, where he was recognized as a top producer. Casey is actively pursuing the prestigious MAI designation and is also an Associate Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and continued development. In addition, Casey is an active member of the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Urban Land Institute, the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma, and a strategic member of the Oklahoma Bankers Association. His involvement demonstrates his dedication to contributing to and staying connected within the commercial real estate industry.

Ethan Scott, Partner

Ethan is a Certified General Appraiser and ACE’s Right-of-Way specialist, an area that has become a key service for the firm. Alongside his role as an ODOT-approved appraisal, he reviews appraisals for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT). In addition to his work in Right-of-Way appraisals, Ethan specializes in multi-family, hospitality, and self-storage properties. He is an active and strategic member of the Oklahoma Bankers Association and the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. Ethan’s professional background includes being recognized as a top producer at a national appraisal firm, a testament to his dedication and expertise in the field. He is on track to achieve the prestigious MAI designation and is also an Associate Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute, further reflecting his commitment to professional growth and excellence.

Kyle Cross, Vice President

Kyle Cross, one of Oklahoma’s youngest Certified General Appraisers, brings specialized expertise in daycare, student housing, and multi-family appraisals, along with extensive experience in office, retail, and industrial property valuations. As a strategic member of the Oklahoma Bankers Association and an active member of the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Kyle plays a vital role in supporting ACE’s diverse projects. His sharp analytical skills and unwavering commitment to quality enhance the firm’s appraisal services and overall client satisfaction. Kyle also holds a residential realtor license, further broadening his expertise in the real estate industry. He began his career at a national appraisal firm, where he specialized in affordable housing appraisals, gaining valuable experience and building a strong foundation for his career in commercial real estate.

Matthew Burrell, Vice President

Matthew is a licensed appraiser with specialized expertise in multi-family appraisals and portfolios of single-family rental homes. His experience also includes office, retail, and industrial property appraisals, reflecting ACE’s commitment to providing comprehensive valuation services across diverse property types. As a strategic member of the Oklahoma Bankers Association and the newest Vice President of ACE, Matthew’s dedication to precision and quality plays a key role in the firm’s continued growth and strong reputation for reliable valuations. In addition to his appraisal expertise, Matthew holds a residential realtor license, further broadening his skill set and understanding of the real estate industry.

Megan Mullins, Associate

Megan is an Associate specializing in multi-family and RV park/mobile home appraisals. She also brings valuable experience in office, retail, and industrial property appraisals, providing critical insights that enhance ACE’s diverse portfolio of services. Megan’s dedication to accuracy and exceptional client service upholds ACE’s high standards of professionalism and reliability. She began her career in commercial real estate by working in residential subdivision and multifamily development, followed by commercial property management, before transitioning into commercial real estate appraisal. This diverse background equips Megan with a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of the industry.

Amberly Johnson, Office Manager

Amberly Johnson serves as the Office Manager of ACE, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the firm. She oversees administrative functions, including scheduling, supply management, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating communication, all while fostering a productive work environment for the team. Amberly is the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and manages the company’s accounts receivable. She also plays a key role in supporting the appraisers by conducting extensive property research. With a background in child education, Amberly brings strong organizational and interpersonal skills to her role, contributing to ACE’s efficiency and success.
